About the role
We are looking for a hands-on intern to support the Production Manager in the day-to-day follow-up of production. You will beinvolved in the full product cycle, from prototypes, working with factories, ateliers, and warehouse through to production and final delivery in stores. The role is close to the ground, with direct involvement in supplier follow-up, factory coordination and production flows.
An opportunity to gain direct exposure to how a collection moves from concept to reality.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Production Manager in daily production follow-up
- Following up with factories (timelines, confirmations, coordination)
- Following up on material orders and purchases with suppliers (fabrics, trims, components)
- Tracking material deliveries and managing shortages
- Maintaining and updating production files (Excel) and tracking tools (ERP / PLM)
- Structuring and keeping production data up to date
- Organizing shipments (samples, factories, clients)
- Coordinating shipments with the logistics platform
- Following up on shipments with retailers (Europe, USA, Asia)
- Ensuring smooth information flow between production, logistics and distribution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Available full-time for 6 months
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Background in business, supply chain, operations or equivalent
- Comfortable with Excel and basic formulas, and able to work with structured data
- Comfortable using tracking tools (ERP / PLM is a plus)
- Good time management and prioritization
- Able to handle multiple topics in parallel
- Organized and reliable in execution
- Team player with a hands-on attitude and clear communication
- Proactive, independent, structured, and motivated to learn
- Willing to take ownership of tasks and follow them through

- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus, but we are looking for someone who enjoys making things move forward, delivering results, and learning along the way.

Who we are looking for
- MBO+/HBO level (or equivalent), preferably in finance, administration, or logistics
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Accurate, independent, and responsible
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English (written and spoken)
- Experience with accounting software (Yuki), Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Zedonk and/or ERP production systems is a plus
