We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our production processes, from sampling to final delivery, ensuring high quality, smooth timelines and clear communication with our ateliers and suppliers.

You’ll work closely with design, product development and logistics, and play a key role in scaling and strengthening our production flow as the brand grows.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the full production cycle of seasonal collections
• Sourcing and communicating with suppliers, manufacturers and ateliers
• Overseeing sampling process, fabric orders and raw materials
• Monitoring timelines, quantities and budgets
• Quality control and finishing checks
• Managing internal production data and delivery schedules
• Supporting development with technical feedback and feasibility checks
• Coordination with warehouse/logistics for delivery and inventory planning
  
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion production (preferably in high-end or independent labels)
• Bachelor education in fashion-business or fashion-design is a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of garments, materials and finishing techniques
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
  Hands-on mentality, proactive and solution-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple productions simultaneously
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge with Excel and production tracking tools
• Based in or based around Amsterdam
